Artisan Pitta Bakery | Café & Deli | Wholesale & Catering | Based in Newhaven, East Sussex and supplying fresh artisan pittas across the UK.

Mamoosh is an artisan bakery rooted in love, tradition, and community. Since 2015, we've been hand-crafting our signature pitta breads, soft, fluffy, deep pocketed, and preservative-free, white and wholemeal, alongside a vibrant array of Middle Eastern dips, pastries, and savoury treats.

Our café-deli, Mamoosh Riverside, offers a welcoming riverside spot to enjoy coffee, light lunches, and baked goods. We also serve businesses and events with our buffet catering and supply wholesale partners across the UK.

Find us online for national delivery, at our Sussex café, local stockists, and farmers' markets. Named for the Eastern European term of endearment, "Mamoosh" represents our family values.

Our pittas are designed for home and hospitality:

Perfectly pocketed to hold generous fillings without tearing

Free from artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives

Easy to freeze, defrost and warm-up. Flexible stock management for busy venues.

Ask us about our fresh local and nationwide deliveries to restaurants, bars, cafés, caterers & street food vendors. Wholesale enquiries welcome - see our website for more details.

Chefs, caterers, and food business owners across the UK trust Mamoosh to provide bread that elevates their menus—from mezze platters and street food wraps to innovative fusion dishes.
