Stephan Meier

Stephan Meier serves as the Senior Vice President of the Competence Center at MAN Truck & Bus SE since April 2021. Prior to this role, Meier held various high-level positions at AUDI AG from May 2010 to April 2021, including Vice President of HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, and Top Management, as well as Vice President of HR International and Senior Director of HR International. Additionally, Meier managed HR operations as HR Director at Audi China from February 2009 to May 2010 and was an HR Manager at FAW-Volkswagen from May 2007 to February 2009. Earlier professional experiences include multiple HR roles at AUDI AG from February 1999 to April 2007 and serving as a Personnel Consultant at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH from March 1997 to January 1999. Meier holds a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Business Administration from FH Regensburg, earned between 1993 and 1997.
