Head Of Responsible Investment Research at Man Group

Jason Mitchell began their work experience in 1998 as an Investment Research Analyst at Pequot Capital. Jason then worked as a Vice President at Andor Capital Management from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, they joined Man GLG as a Portfolio Manager and held this role until 2008. During this time, they also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hydrotech International Ltd. from 2008 to 2010 and as an Advisor to the Board at ADC African Development Corporation from 2008 to 2010. In 2009, they were a Special Advisor - Water and Telecoms at the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Man GLG as a Portfolio Manager, where they launched the Man GLG Global Sustainability Fund and managed the Virgin Climate Change Fund. Since 2017, they have also been working at Man Group as the Head of Responsible Investment Research and as the Sustainability Strategist. In these roles, they are responsible for integrating ESG criteria and sustainability themes into investment processes across various asset classes.

Jason Mitchell attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an MSc degree in International Political Economy. Jason also studied at the University of California, Berkeley, but no specific degree or field of study information is available.
