Lesley Roy

Lesley Roy has a diverse work experience, demonstrating expertise in various roles and industries. Lesley began their career as an Analyst at MAB Partners from January 2006 to March 2008. Lesley then moved on to NewSmith Capital Partners, where they worked as a Partner and Head of Investor Relations from June 2008 to April 2015. Lesley's most recent position was with Man Group, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Analyst in Investment Manager Services from May 2015 to December 2020, COO of Communications & Marketing from December 2017 to December 2020, Head of Resilience & Third Party Risk Management from December 2020 to September 2022, and currently serving as Deputy Global Head of Financial Crime starting in September 2022. Lesley has accumulated a rich range of experiences in finance, operations, and risk management throughout their career.
