Michael Kasper

Michael Kasper is an accomplished financial strategist with extensive experience in high-level positions across notable companies. Currently, Michael serves as Head of Strategy at Man Group, where responsibilities include membership on the Executive Committee and oversight of various strategic roles including Head of Global Private Markets. Prior to joining Man Group in April 2016, Michael worked for a decade at Freeman & Co. as Managing Director, focusing on mergers and acquisitions within the financial services sector. Michael's earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Summer Associate at Opera Solutions. Academically, Michael holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by graduate research in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
