Timothy Barker is an experienced engineer and developer currently working at Man Group since July 2023. Previously, Timothy held roles at Mustard Systems Ltd. as a Developer from October 2019 to May 2023, and at Fidessa as a Software Developer from September 2017 to October 2019. Timothy’s career began with a Business Development Intern position at Babcock International Group PLC from September 2010 to August 2011 and included a Gap Year Placement at Arup from September 2007 to July 2008. Timothy holds a PhD in Engineering Mathematics and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Design, both from the University of Bristol, where education was completed between 2007 and 2017. With a strong blend of engineering, business development, and software expertise, Timothy is dedicated to solving complex problems from both business and technical perspectives and continuously seeks improvement in professional skills.
