Derek Knutsen has extensive experience in sales management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at Manac Inc. since November 2012. Prior to this role, Derek was the President and Owner of DEKAF Inc., a franchisee for Tim Hortons and Cold Stone Creamery, from May 2006 to January 2012. Derek's career also includes positions as Regional Sales Manager at Precision Tools Service, Inc. and a Sales Representative at Canadian Bearings Ltd. Additionally, Derek started with a General Laborer position at The Corporation of the City of Timmins and served as an Area Manager for John Deere early in the career. Educationally, Derek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Finance from McMaster University, completed in 1995.
