Uli Muench

Uli Muench has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Uli is currently the Head of Customer Operations at ManageCasa Inc. since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Mentor/Advisor/Coach in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Executive VP of Operations & Professional Services at Xeeva Inc., where they oversaw operations and led teams in customer success, support, data services, and implementation services. Additionally, Uli Muench held the position of Co-Captain and rider of a 4-person team in the 2022 Race Across America (RAAM) while working at Team Sonoma Creamery from September 2021 to June 2022.

Further back in their career, Uli Muench worked as the Global Vice President of the Automotive Business Unit at SAP from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for driving software portfolio and revenue for automotive industry customers globally. Uli also held the role of Managing Director at Deloitte Deutschland from 2015 to 2016, advising clients on transformation initiatives and leveraging information technology.

Before that, they served as a Partner in IBM's Industrial Sector/Enterprise Applications team from 2013 to 2014, assisting clients in building competitive advantages through technology solutions. Uli also worked at SAP as the VP of Business Transformation Services from 2010 to 2013, leading management consulting teams in the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, they briefly served as the Head of Business Transformation Services for the Asia Pacific and Japan region in 2012.

Earlier in their career, Uli Muench worked at SAP America, Inc. as the Senior Principal and Practice Director for Business Transformation Services/Value Engineering/Consulting from 2001 to 2009, focusing on application, strategy, and management consulting related to enterprise application software. Uli began their career at SAP Germany as a Consultant and Project Manager from 1998 to 2000.

Uli Muench has a diverse education history. In 1990, they attended Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society and obtained a Vordiplom degree in Business Administration in 1992. Following this, Uli pursued further studies at Hochschule Mannheim from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Dipl. Wirtsch.Ing. (FH) / MS Engineering and Management Information Systems degree in the field of Engineering.

In 2006, Uli enrolled at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, where they completed an MBA in Business Administration in 2007. Additionally, they acquired various certifications throughout their career, including "AI For Everyone" from Coursera in October 2019, "SAP Certified Associate - Design Thinking" from SAP in 2010, and "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute in 2007.
