Connor Landes

Connor Landes has extensive experience in technical support and network engineering, having held various roles across multiple companies. At CAI, Connor served as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, providing support to county government agencies in Florida and coordinating field responses. As a self-employed entrepreneur, Connor ran a Custom Computer company, creating hundreds of custom builds and managing a subscription support service. Experience also includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at Dell Technologies, delivering ProSupport services, and serving as a Desktop Support Intern at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Further roles include a Network and Desktop Technician position at Brion Price Photography and a current role as a Level 2 Customer Service Representative at Managed Solution. As of February 2023, Connor is a Systems and Network Engineer at QIT Solutions, overseeing IT infrastructure and user access management. Connor is pursuing dual Associates degrees in IT and Cyber Security with a focus on business from Valencia College.
