Dan Jares

Dan Jares has over 23 years of work experience in the field of IT systems engineering and management. Dan is currently employed as a Sr. IT Systems Engineer at Managed Solution since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Netrix, LLC for six years from March 2016 to March 2022, where they held the role of Sr. IT Systems Engineer / IT Manager. At Netrix, LLC, their responsibilities included technology support, project implementation, and IT management, with a focus on improving the IT infrastructure for clients. Before joining Netrix, LLC, Dan worked at Kofax for three years from June 2013 to March 2016, where they served as an IT Systems Engineer and later as a Lead IT User Support Project Manager. Their duties at Kofax included maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange administration, as well as troubleshooting and monitoring server infrastructure. Prior to that, Dan worked as a Help Desk Supervisor at Freedom Communications from 2004 to 2008, a Help Desk Lead at Broadcom Corporation from 2002 to 2004, and a User Support Specialist at Canon USA from 1999 to 2002.

Dan Jares earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from UC Irvine, from 1992 to 1997. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including the MCSE: Core Infrastructure certification in 2021, the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2012 certification in 2015, and the Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) certification in 2010.
