Max Samarripa

Max Samarripa started their career as a Programmer I at Peoria Unified School District in August 2013 and worked there until August 2017. Max then joined Galaxy Next Generation Inc in August 2017 as a Software Developer. During their time at Galaxy Next Generation Inc, Max developed a bell and intercom system from scratch, using technologies such as FreeSwitch, JavaScript, Vue framework, Python, Flask framework, and MariaDB. Max successfully deployed this system at over 100 sites. In July 2021, Max joined VIZIO as a Software Engineer. At VIZIO, they contributed to various projects, including converting a Flask/Jinja project into FastAPI/VueJS, increasing code coverage by implementing front-end unit tests, adding new validation types to the company's custom automation tests, building web dashboards for viewing test results, and creating internal tools for configuring and scheduling TV content through a user-friendly UI. Max is currently working as a Software Engineer at ManagedMethods Inc, starting in April 2022.

Max Samarripa obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019.
