Eileen Rixmann

Eileen Rixmann serves as the Executive Director of Learning Development at Management Concepts since December 2009, overseeing the design and delivery of federally focused and commercial training courses. Previously, Rixmann held the role of Senior Project Manager at The IJIS Institute from June 2006 to December 2009, where responsibilities included managing a national training and technology assistance program funded by the Department of Justice. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Lead at ESI International from December 2004 to June 2006, managing curriculum development and course revision projects. Rixmann holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law Studies from Western Connecticut State University.
