Eric Dumatrait has extensive experience in various roles related to project controls and cost management. Eric started their career at Wesco Infrastructure as a Project/Area Manager, where they managed operations, projects, estimating, cost reporting, scheduling, and forecasting. Eric later worked at Faithful+Gould as a Turnaround Cost Control Manager. At BP, they served as a TAR Cost Performance Lead, responsible for providing financial and cost analysis, budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and variance analysis for the TAR group. Eric then joined Shell Oil Company as a Turnaround/Project Controls Manager, leading the controls group and overseeing TAR development and execution.

Eric also worked at Management Controls, Inc. as a Product Manager, where they provided cost discipline solutions to various industries through process changes and automation. Eric joined Titan Contracting and Leasing Co., Inc. as a Manager - Project Controls, responsible for managing project controls and cost management. Eric served as the President of Dynamic Project Services, LLC and Co-Owner of Home Services Company, gaining experience in executive leadership and business management.

Currently, Eric is working at Management Controls Inc. as the Regional Vice President of Sales, assisting engineering, procurement, and construction companies in improving profitability by managing subcontractor spend and obtaining tax credits. Eric also helps various industries in reducing contractor spend through cost analysis and process improvements.

Eric Dumatrait obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 1995 and 1999. Eric later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Management from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2006.
