Michael Kron

Michael Kron is the Chairman of Guardian CRE, LLC, where they oversee the introduction of a new $100 million net lease fund while managing a portfolio of over 14,000 multi-family units across Arizona and Texas. With more than $3 billion in property transactions, they have spearheaded significant land acquisitions and apartment construction projects. Michael also serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for a private real estate company, leveraging their extensive background in accounting and finance from the University of Michigan, where they obtained a B.B.A., M.B.A., and J.D.
