Ken Leech has over three decades of experience in management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Managementors Ltd since 1996, Ken Leech leads a specialist consultancy firm focused on implementing change and performance improvement solutions that enhance business competitiveness and drive productivity-related savings. Prior to this role, Ken Leech held the position of Business Development Director at Kepner Tregoe from 1983 to 1992 and served as a Weapons Electrical Engineer in the Royal Navy from 1966 to 1976.
