Fernando Valencia comenz\u00f3 su carrera profesional en 2001 como CTO para Promoci\u00f3n y control, S.A. de C.V. En 2002, se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como CIO para la Universidad de M\u00e9xico. En 2005, fund\u00f3 y actu\u00f3 como asesor para Far Systems SCP. En 2006, fund\u00f3 y se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como CEO para ManagementPro. Durante 2011, fund\u00f3 y se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Presidente para Clustar Technology Group, y actu\u00f3 como asesor para EyeSoft y Capacitacion y Consultoria de Negocios SA de CV. En 2014, fue evaluador para la Fundaci\u00f3n Premio Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n, A. C. y co-fund\u00f3 FLW Soluciones. En 2015, fund\u00f3 Clustar Innovation Center.
