The ManageUP software was inspired by my experience as an athlete before my healthcare career and the knowledge I received regarding effective teamwork and performance. While competing in track, there were two areas that were instrumental in honing my skills for peak performance. The first area, was working with my coach to set clear objectives formy training and the second was the use of performance data to measure and track my progress toward those objectives along with the other team members. The use of performance data provided a baseline to understand where they stood and pushed us to engage in healthy competition with one another that made the entire team perform better.
