Manara Partners helps boards and executive teams strengthen governance, improve decision discipline, and execute strategic transformation. We combine board governance advisory, digitally enabled workflows, and deal facilitation support for organisations preparing to scale, institutionalise, or navigate complexity.

Based in Dubai, we work with mid-sized to large organisations across financial services, family business, professional services, regulated sectors, and growth-stage environments where stronger governance and execution discipline are becoming critical.

Our core pillars are:

Board Governance Advisory
We help boards and leadership teams improve oversight, decision quality, board effectiveness, and governance operating discipline, supported by digital tools that reduce friction in board workflows.

Business Transformation
We support organisations facing growth, complexity, or operating strain with structured transformation thinking, governance discipline, and scalable execution frameworks.

Deal Facilitation
We help leadership teams and partners navigate strategic opportunities, partnerships, and transaction-related discussions with greater structure, credibility, and decision support.

Led by Ilyaas Essa and Larry Archary, Manara combines strategic, commercial, operational, and digital experience to bridge the gap between high-level advisory and practical execution.
