Adele Gildeh

Adele Gildeh is an accomplished data science leader with extensive experience in risk management and financial technology. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science for the Trust Defense Product at Airbnb, Gildeh directs teams focused on Identity, Account Integrity, Financial Fraud, AI for Operations, and AI Fairness. Previously held the position of Head of Data Science at Stripe, overseeing areas such as Payments Risk and Fraud Risk, and was pivotal in establishing the Financial Risk Data Science team. Gildeh's career includes leadership roles at Barclays Investment Bank, Millennium Partners, and Citi, along with contributions as an angel investor and mentor at Lumen Energy and Manara. Gildeh holds a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from Alliance Manchester Business School.
