Jay Palin

Jay Palin has held a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 1996. Jay began their career at Eckerd Drugs as a District Manager, where they transformed the company culture to one focused on customer service and long-term customer relationships and converted the business model from dollar-based to value-based, resulting in the district becoming the top-performing district company-wide in revenue dollars and EBITDA for 4 consecutive years. Jay then moved to PharMerica in 2003, where they served as Corporate Vice President of Operations from 2009-2011. During this time, they consolidated and centralized ancillary functions as part of post-merger integration efforts of PharMerica and Kindred Healthcare, a newly formed multibillion-dollar enterprise. In 2011, they joined Remedi SeniorCare as General Manager, where they implemented LEAN daily management and continuous process improvement. From 2013-2015, they were a Contract Consultant at Partners Pharmacy, where they introduced collaborative leadership to the workplace and made operations more consistent and sophisticated by formalizing SOPs and improving reporting, processes, compliance, and efficiency. Jay then moved to Care Services, LLC in 2018, where they served as President. Most recently, they have been Chief Operating Officer at Manchac Technologies, LLC since 2020.

Jay Palin attended Sam Houston State University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
