Ruby Farrant

Ruby Farrant is an Adv. Master NLP Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Mental Fitness Coach dedicated to improving mental health through their work in private and corporate practice. Currently, Ruby serves as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Wellbeing Specialist at Movement & Wellbeing Clinic and has founded Coaching with Ruby, focusing on tailored mental wellness sessions. Previously, Ruby held various roles in social media and influencer management, including positions at Montirex LTD and Oh Polly. Ruby is also a Board Trustee at Manchester Mind and volunteers with Pets As Therapy, while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Counselling and Psychotherapy at The University of Salford.
