Our mission, at Mandala, is to cultivate more resilient leaders so that they can create safe, connected and engaged teams. Given the current rate of quiet quitting (59%), distress (83%) and isolation in our workforce (51%), the future of innovation, well-being and connection rests primarily on the quality of our leaders. 

Here at Mandala, we use customized storytelling, role-playing, and evidence-based tools that put participants in scenarios they regularly encounter -- having a difficult conversation with a team member; responding to a frustrated client; or finding ways to pause within a culture of power-through.

Through these scenarios, leaders get the tools and peer-community they need to become more self-aware, connected and engaged – creating, then, precisely those kinds of teams.
