Peggy Shell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting, human resources, and leadership development. As the CEO and Founder of Creative Alignments since October 2010, Peggy has pioneered Time-Based Recruiting™ to assist emerging brands in acquiring top talent. Peggy currently serves as Chairwoman of the Board for Mandel Metals, a long-established family-run distributor of aluminum, and has contributed to the Natural Products Executive Collective as an Advisory Board Member. Previous roles include a board member for the Entrepreneurs' Organization, an independent consultant from 2003 to 2010, and HR Director for Tesser. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Math and Education from Northwestern University.
