Emily Cranston

Emily Cranston has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as Manager of Global Cyber Defense at Mandiant, now part of Google Cloud, since October 2016. Previous roles at Mandiant include Principal Consultant and various positions as a Principal Analyst and Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst. Prior to Mandiant, Emily worked at The Center for Internet Security as a Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst and Cyber Intelligence Analyst, and started a career at NESPIN as a Criminal Intelligence Specialist. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies/Psychology from Mercyhurst University and an MBA in Business Administration/Information Security, along with a certification in Information Technology Management from the University at Albany. Current education pursuits include studies at Cornell University.
