Marc H.

Marc H. is an accomplished Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in developing documentation for technical products and services, currently employed at Mandiant (part of Google Cloud) since September 2022. Previously, Marc served as a Senior Technical Writer at Tanium, where responsibilities included creating documentation for customers deploying TanOS and Tanium Cloud. With a background at Innovatia, Marc produced instructional guides and knowledge base articles for collaboration software users, and authored installation and maintenance procedures for diverse technical audiences. Early career experiences include roles at General Dynamics, as well as teaching roles at multiple universities. Marc holds a Graduate Certificate in Technical Writing from Algonquin College and advanced degrees in English Literature from Carleton University and the University of Western Ontario.
