Mathias Frank

Mathias Frank is an experienced cybersecurity professional specializing in incident response. Currently serving as the Incident Response Lead for the United Kingdom and Ireland at Google since November 2022, Mathias has held various roles within Google and Mandiant, including Principal and Senior Incident Response Consultant. Prior to this, Mathias worked at Kapsch BusinessCom AG as a Security Analyst, focusing on forensic analysis and threat hunting, and served as a lecturer on Web Application Security at UAS Technikum Wien. Mathias has led incident response teams at SEC Consult Group and has a background in web development from positions at webcrab GmbH and techbot e.U. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Information Management and IT Security from FH Technikum Wien, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València.
