Lucy Belcher

Lucy Belcher has a robust career at MandM Direct, spanning over a decade, during which Lucy has held various influential roles including Personalisation Manager, Conversion Optimisation Lead, Web Merchandising Manager, Lead Web Merchandiser, and Catalogue Merchandiser from October 2011 to the present. Prior to this, Lucy worked at M and M Direct from January 1999 to June 2011 as a Buying Assistant and Stock Controller. Educationally, Lucy attended Lady Hawkins School from 1990 to 1995.
