Mandoki served as President of Plantation Resort Management, Inc. from January 1986 to September 1998 and then as President of Gulf Shores at ResortQuest International from 1998 until 2005. Since 2005, Mandoki has been the President, CEO, and owner of Mandoki Hospitality, Inc. Educationally, Mandoki attended Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, where a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies was earned between 1958 and 1960.
