Mandy Wolfe is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Mandy's Gourmet Salads, where they serve as Creative Food Director and Chef. Since 2004, they have been instrumental in developing the brand and its culinary offerings. Mandy is also a member of the Quebec Chapter of YPO since 2020. They earned an Associate’s Degree in Creative Arts from Marianopolis College and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from McGill University.
