Aline Migliore is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering and project management, currently serving as the Global Manager of Process and Projects Capsules at MANE since January 2019. In this role, Aline ensures the reliability and repeatability of encapsulation manufacturing processes and implements optimization plans for raw material use. Prior experience includes roles as a Process and Projects Engineer at MANE, where Aline focused on improving product quality and productivity, and positions at The Dow Chemical Company, ProTech® Monte-Carlo, and Unilever, where Aline specialized in product formulation and technical support for consumer care products. Aline holds an Engineer’s Degree from Ecole Nationale de Chimie Physique et Electronique and has completed additional studies at ASFO Grasse and ISIPCA.
