Andrew Paul

Andrew Paul is an IP and transactions attorney with over 20 years of in-house corporate experience in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at MANE since 2024, Andrew continues to focus on EPC contracts, risk management, and software licensing. Previously, Andrew held the position of Senior Counsel at The Procter & Gamble Company from 1998 to 2017, contributing to the development and marketing of consumer brands globally, and at Honeywell from 2021 to 2023, specializing in EPC contracts and compliance. Andrew has extensive international practice, including three years near London, and has presented at various CLE programs. Andrew's educational background includes studies at the University of Dayton School of Law and Illinois State University, where they pursued degrees in Chemistry and Biology.
