Bertrand Boulin is currently the Director of Operations and Innovation Ingredients at MANE, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as SVP Alliances & Strategic Planning and SVP Global Operation - Ingredients at Firmenich from 2022 to 2024, overseeing all operations for ingredient production across 18 plants. Bertrand was also the Technical Director at DRT - Les Dérivés Résiniques et Terpéniques from 2004 to 2022, managing production and R&D efforts at seven plants and two centers, respectively. They are pursuing a PhD in Organic Chemistry at the Université de Bordeaux.
