Dané Goliath is a Human Resource Manager with over 10 years of experience in diverse industries, passionate about fostering people-first workplaces. They currently manage HR at MANE and recently held a position as Human Capital Manager at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. Dané's previous roles include HR Business Partner at PRIONTEX and HR Generalist at Sigma SA. They hold an MCom in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of the Western Cape and are pursuing further certification in SABPP. Driven by the belief that success in the market begins with success in the workplace, Dané employs a strategic, hands-on approach to HR.
