Daniela Tonetto

Daniela Tonetto is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at MANE since June 2025. Previously, Daniela held various positions, including HR Analyst at Trivium Packaging and Eaton, where responsibilities spanned the entire employee lifecycle and training program development. At WestRock Brasil, Daniela contributed to the structured development of training programs and annual training plans. Daniela also worked as a Senior HR Analyst at TAKASAGO BRASIL, leading recruitment processes and training initiatives. Additionally, a recent role as Senior DHO Analyst and HR Coordinator at AudaxCo involved budget management, policy validation, and employee engagement strategies. Daniela holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo.
