Previous roles at MANE include serving as the Sweet & Savoury Application Manager for Central and West Africa, along with a background as an Application Technologist in Confectionery. Earlier academic pursuits include internships focused on flavor interactions and analysis at reputable institutions such as Bel and the French National Institute for Agricultural Research. Flora holds a Master's degree in Chemistry of Perfumes and Flavours and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Montpellier, as well as a DUT in Materials Chemistry from Université d'Auvergne.
