Jay Klosterman

Jay Klosterman is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Category Director of Beverage at MANE since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jay was the Chief Commercial Officer at Nulixir Inc., where responsibilities included developing and executing go-to-market strategies for patented technologies in the food, beverage, and dietary supplement markets. Jay's extensive experience at Givaudan spanned from May 2005 to July 2022, encompassing various strategic leadership positions including Global Commercial Innovation Director, Global Director of Flavor Ingredient Sales, and Global Vanilla Program Manager, all focused on driving innovation and sales within the flavor industry. Earlier career roles included business development management and product management in North America, along with technical experience as a Process and Ingredient Development Engineer at General Dynamics. Jay holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and has a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
