Jill Paul is an experienced professional in the flavors and quality management sector, currently serving as the Director of Flavors Quality at MANE since June 2019, where insights into emerging trends in fragrance and flavor design are leveraged to evoke desire and emotions. Previously, Jill held various roles at Givaudan Flavors Corporation from September 2006 to June 2019, including Regional Customer Quality Program Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Warehouse & Distribution Manager. Jill's career also includes experience as a Packaging Team Manager at Miller Brewing Company and multiple positions at Givaudan Flavors, such as Production Manager - Liquid Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Early experience at Starkist Seafood Company involved Quality Assurance. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Business Management from The Ohio State University, obtained in 1995.
