Kate Baynard

Kate Baynard is an experienced Associate Fragrance Development Manager at MANE, leveraging expertise gained from an intensive Fine Fragrance Development program under Master Perfumer Claude Dir. Kate has developed proficiency in natural and synthetic raw materials, extraction methods, and fragrance signatures. Additionally, Kate serves as the Fine Fragrance Development Coordinator and previously interned at PlusOne, contributing to marketing and user experience for an MIT-backed social software. Previous internships include roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Right To Play, and Mo' Motion, as well as participation in the Duke in Chicago Finance Program.
