Michelle O'Neill

Michelle O'Neill is an accomplished professional in food science and product development, currently serving as the R&D Sweet Technical Manager at MANE since August 2020, with prior roles including Senior Sweet Applications Technologist and Interim Culinary & Snack Technologist. Previously, Michelle held the position of Development Manager at Katsouris Brothers Ltd from August 2016 to September 2019, and before that, served as NPD Manager at Raisio from February 2014 to June 2015 and at Adelie Food Holdings from January 2011 to December 2013, focusing on Café Nero products. Early career experience includes working as an NPD Technologist at The Cookie Man Ltd from January 2009 to January 2011. Michelle holds a BSc in Food Science from Stellenbosch University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
