Natosha Simpson

Natosha Simpson has over 16 years of experience in flavor portfolio management and sensory evaluation. Currently serving as the Director of Flavor Portfolio Services at MANE since September 2009, Natosha coordinates all aspects of flavor portfolio management, including data collection, flavor selection, project management, and validation processes. Previous roles include Flavor Portfolio Manager and Sensory Analyst at MANE, as well as Research Manager at InsightsNow, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed consumer research logistics and study management. Early career experience includes positions at Givaudan as a Sensory Scientist, Project Manager, and Organoleptic Technologist. Educational qualifications include a BA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and an AS in Chemistry, Industrial Laboratory Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
