Paige McLaughlin

Paige McLaughlin, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at MANE since March 2023, following a similar role at EyeCare Partners from October 2021 to March 2023. At EyeCare Partners, Paige partnered with leaders on employee relations, developed an employee engagement committee, assisted in HRIS integration for 1,700 employees, and managed compliance with workers' compensation and OSHA standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and Intern at EyeCare Partners and Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, respectively, where responsibilities ranged from onboarding and compliance tracking to wellness program management and hiring support. Paige holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati.
