Sebastien Glaise

Sebastien Glaise serves as the Directeur Santé Sécurité Sûreté Environnement Énergie at MANE since December 2020, overseeing health, safety, security, environment, and energy policies across multiple French sites, including two Seveso classified factories. Prior roles include Responsable Santé Sécurite Sûreté VMF at L’OCCITANE Group, where responsibility encompassed site health, safety, and environmental coordination for over 1,000 employees and leadership of the CHSCT. Additionally, at Yves Rocher, Sebastien managed safety, security, and environmental functions for a production site of 400 personnel while contributing to the site's management committee. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme d'ingénieur in fine chemistry and engineering from INSA Rouen Normandie and a Mastère in environment and industrial risks from the Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux.
