Solenn Coïc MANE

Solenn Coïc is an accomplished R&D Manager at MANE, focusing on Culinary & Snacks for the EMEA region. Previously, Solenn held various roles at MANE, including Head of Application Savoury and Flavour Application Manager. Solenn's expertise in flavor science was further developed during their tenure at Unilever as an R&D Project Leader and Lead Technologist in the Flavor team. Solenn began their career with apprenticeships in flavor application and research at Danisco and the French National Institute for Agricultural Research. Solenn holds a Master's degree in Food Flavors from ISIPCA and has recently completed the Future Leaders Program at IMD, with plans to pursue an Advanced Leadership Program at SKEMA Business School.
