Reda Laribi is currently the Responsable des Opérations at MANERGY and has been in this role since 2025. Previously, Reda worked as an Ingénieur Efficacité Énergétique at GreenFlex from 2018 to 2025, where they conducted energy audits and feasibility studies for building improvement measures. In earlier experiences, Reda completed an internship at ADEREE in 2017, focusing on Moroccan thermal regulations and energy efficiency modeling, and also served as an Ingénieur stagiaire at BHC ENERGY, contributing to energy rehabilitation projects. Reda holds an engineering degree in renewable energies, energy efficiency, and building thermal performance from ESIEE PARIS, completed in 2018.
