Mithilesh Kumar

Mithilesh Kumar has extensive work experience in the training and development industry. Mithilesh is the Co-Founder, Director & Trainer at Mangates Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they have been working since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Co-Founder & Director at Mangates, where they were responsible for developing specialized training programs for corporate, government agencies, multinational organizations, and private individuals. Before joining Mangates, Mithilesh worked at Knowledgehut as a Senior Team Leader, where they successfully managed a team of 45 members in the Americas, MEA, and Europe regions. Mithilesh was also responsible for lead generation through email marketing and social media, as well as workshop planning and LinkedIn activities.

Mithilesh Kumar completed their education in a chronological order. Mithilesh began their schooling at St. Mary's High School in Secunderabad, where they completed U.K.G. Then, they attended Valerian Grammar High School in Bolarum, Secunderabad for 1st and 2nd standard. Following that, they studied from 3rd to 9th standard at D.A.V. Public School in Dhanupra, Ara.

In 2006, Mithilesh joined LRS DAV Sr. Sec Model School in Abohar, Punjab, where they pursued their 10th to Intermediate in Commerce. Upon completing their schooling, they moved on to Laxmi Narayan College in Jharsuguda, Odisha, from 2008 to 2011. Mithilesh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting.

Additionally, Mithilesh obtained a certification in GNIIT from NIIT in January 2011.
