Achim Berg is a fashion and luxury industry expert, advisor, investor, author, and speaker, dedicated to shaping the future of fashion. With 24 years at McKinsey & Company, including 14 years as a Partner and Senior Partner, they led the firm's fashion advisory and co-founded the State of Fashion report. Since February 2024, Achim has been advising top decision-makers in the industry, while currently writing a book about the future of fashion. In January 2025, they founded FashionSIGHTS, an independent corporate think tank aimed at exploring and shaping the industry's evolution, and serve as a Senior Advisor to the management team at MANGO.
