Associate Director Customer Success at MangoApps

Alok S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alok started their career as an Engineering Intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in 2007. After that, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer, where they were part of the Tata Centre of Excellence team and later became the Shift Lead for the General Motors IT infrastructure team. In 2013, Alok had a summer internship with ITC Limited, where they conducted market research and provided recommendations to boost market share. Alok then moved to Accelya Group as an Associate Manager, leading successful onsite deliveries for clients like Air Namibia, Air India, and Qantas Airways. Alok also worked as an Account Manager at Tavisca, where they served as a trusted advisor to travel industry accounts. Currently, Alok is working with MangoApps as an Associate Director of Customer Success, managing onboarding, training, and support for clients from diverse industries.

Alok S. has a diverse educational background. In 1993, they began their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Mysore, where they studied Science, Maths, Social Science, English, and Hindi until 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Birla Vidya Niketan in New Delhi, studying Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English, and Computer Science under the Central Board of Secondary Education.

Continuing their education, Alok pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Telecommunications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later, they enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of International Business and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business and Marketing, which they pursued from 2012 to 2014.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Alok participated in executive education programs. In 2016, they attended an Executive Education Program in Management Consultancy at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In 2018, they completed another Executive Education Program in Key Account Management at the Indian School of Business.

Alok also holds several certifications to augment their expertise. Additionally, Alok holds a Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist certification, although the date of acquisition is not available.
