Combining his military experience and business acumen, Mr. Bill Carter created Mangudai LLC, an SBA.gov certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business (SDVOSB).  Mangudai delivers emerging technologies that drive operational and financial efficiency for US Public Sector customers.

As CEO, Bill draws on his military background and leadership experience to set direction for the company to provide solutions and results for US Public Sector customers. Previously, Mr. Bill Carter served as a USMC infantry officer for ten years in three marine divisions and deployed to over twenty countries. Apart from time at the Amphibious Warfare School, all ten years were in infantry command billets and as a Captain, Bill became a top performing leader having commanded units from platoons to rifle and headquarters’ companies.
