Daniel Lederman

Daniel Lederman has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Daniel started their career as a Development/Construction Intern at the New York Mets in 2007, where they monitored construction activities and interacted with contractors. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Construction Assistant at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., overseeing finishing trades and acting as a liaison between the owner and subcontractors. Daniel then joined Eastern Consolidated in 2010 as an Associate, assisting clients in real estate investment services. In 2012, they established their own company, Townline Investments, focused on acquiring multi-family and mixed-use buildings. In 2014, they became the Executive Vice President at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. The end date for their most recent role is not provided.
