Sofia Carlson

Sofia Carlson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people and culture management, hospitality, and financial oversight. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Manhead since September 2021, Sofia previously held roles such as Director of People and Culture and Touring and Revenue Accountant within the same company. Prior to Manhead, Sofia managed operations as General Manager at Urban Cowboy Public House, overseeing both a bar and hotel.
